The protein powder is great, I recommend the chocolate flavor. I think the prime recovery works, but the pink raspberry flavor is hard to get down sometimes, because of the bitter taste, but hey, soreness doesn't feel good either. I recommend 8-12oz of milk+2scoops of protein powder, and 10-12oz of water+1scoop of the Recovery. Great products, like that they are christian 👊
