General Shipping Information

At Mt. Athos Performance, we prioritize our customers by ensuring prompt order processing. Typically, orders placed before 12 pm PST during weekdays (M-F) are dispatched the same day. However, during high-demand periods like sales, there might be a slight delay of one to two days. Our shipping facility remains closed over the weekends, so orders are not dispatched on Saturdays and Sundays. Kindly note, we have limited our shipping to the US and no longer offer international shipping.

US Shipping Durations

– USPS: Typically arrives in 3-4 business days post-dispatch. However, increased online orders can sometimes extend this to up to a week.

– UPS Ground: Generally, takes around a week for cross-country deliveries.

For those seeking swifter shipping solutions, we offer options such as UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air during checkout. Please be aware of specific cutoff times and weekend deliveries, detailed below.

Shipping Nuances:

– Next-Day Air Orders: Those placed on Fridays before 12 pm PST are delivered on Monday. A few locations might offer Saturday delivery, but it’s an exception, not the standard.

– 2nd Day Air Orders: If ordered post 12 pm PST on Wednesday, the delivery is likely on the following Monday.

Route Shipping Insurance and Order Replacement

Route Shipping Insurance is automatically added to all orders at checkout. If you’d prefer not to utilize this, deselect the Shipping Protection option under the Order Total. Please be advised that without this protection, Mt. Athos Performance cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Purchasing this insurance also shares your order details with Route, enabling them to serve you better in case of claims.

Free Shipping Offer

We’re pleased to offer free shipping on all contiguous US orders over $69. This doesn’t apply to AK & HI orders. Remember to select this option during checkout, as it doesn’t default to free shipping.

Expedited Shipping

For customers in urgent need, we provide UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. These might be priced higher based on the order quantity. Keep in mind that Saturday delivery isn’t typically offered, and UPS doesn’t always guarantee their 2nd-Day Air and 3-Day Select durations.

International Orders

Mt. Athos Performance has ceased international shipments, which include Puerto Rico and Canada.

Addressing Order Issues

– Misplaced Deliveries: Sometimes carriers might mark packages as delivered ahead of time. If you face such an issue, wait for 2 days. If the package still hasn’t arrived, contact us at service@athosperform.com or call 877-682-2772.

– Invalid Shipping Addresses: On occasion, we notice invalid shipping addresses during order processing. In such scenarios, we’ll reach out to you for clarification. If no response is received within 7 days, we’ll cancel and refund the order. To avoid such inconveniences, please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout.
