Mt. Athos Performance Return & Refund Policy

Retail Returns & Refund Guarantee:

We stand by the quality of our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee for retail purchases made directly through Mt. Athos Performance or on www.mtolympussupplements.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, both unopened and partially used products can be returned. We may, however, prorate refunds based on the quantity returned. Returns beyond 30 days from the purchase date will be subject to the discretion of Mt. Athos Performance management.

For purchases made elsewhere, such as Amazon.com, please coordinate directly with the respective retailer for return and refund policies.

Exceptions:

– Shipping fees are non-refundable.

– Orders using gift certificates or gift cards are non-refundable.

– Expired products while in the buyer’s possession are ineligible for returns or refunds.

– Orders without Route protection insurance do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Exchanges:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’ll replace it at no extra charge. Email us at service@mtolympussupplements.com with details and photos. If a return is needed, we’ll arrange it at no cost to you.

Unless we provide a call tag, return shipping fees are your responsibility. If your return gets approved for a refund, we’ll deduct the original shipping cost from the refund amount. For items valued over $75, consider a trackable shipping service or insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returns.

Refunds Process:

After inspecting the return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method. If a refund hasn’t appeared within 10 days after our notification, check with your bank or card issuer. Delays might occur on their end.
