FRANK STOUT, ND
CEO
A farmer at heart, Dr. Frank Stout took hold of the reigns of the farm and company in 1985 from the previous Father/Son team who had been running it since 1928. For more than thirty years, he has continued with passion the tradition of producing the finest goat milk products in the world. Frank is a Naturopathic doctor and applies his vast array of education, knowledge, and experience to the Mt. Capra experience. Frank and his wife Ann of nearly 50 years live on the farm with three generations producing the finest goat milk products anywhere in the world.

President
Joe received a Master’s of Science in Clinical Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Nutrition and Food Science from Washington State University. Along with running the farm, He has engaged in graduate studies of Sustainable Food Systems at Green Mountain College and is certified in Permaculture Design. Joe and his wonderful bride Elizabeth have been married for 10 years and have been blessed with 6 beautiful children.
